Posseto legal

Privacy

Posseto is in early development. This page shares our intended privacy principles for the pilot program and related waitlist communication.

What details we may collect

When a clinic or patient submits the pilot/waitlist form, we may collect:

  • Name and role (for clinic contacts)
  • Clinic or organization name
  • Email address and optional phone number
  • Brief notes about rehab needs, use case, or patient interest

Why we use this information

We intend to use submitted details only to review pilot fit, coordinate follow-up, and improve planning for clinician-supervised home rehab support.

How communication should work

  • Clinics can expect direct outreach about pilot timing, requirements, and onboarding readiness.
  • Patients can expect updates about waitlist status and future availability.
  • We aim to keep messages relevant and limited to what you asked to hear about.

Data minimization and protection intent

Our intent is to collect only information needed for care coordination, progress reporting, and safe pilot operations. As systems are built, we plan to protect data during transmission and storage using appropriate safeguards.

Clinic oversight

Posseto is designed to support therapists, not replace them. We intend for clinicians and clinic teams to remain in control of rehabilitation oversight, review, and patient-facing decisions.

Questions and updates

Because Posseto is early-stage, these practices may evolve as the product is built and validated. You can return to the home page for current pilot details.
